I can't say enough good things about this school. The owners attend to every need and know each and every child's name. The quality of care for infants and toddlers is impeccable. And the curriculum is out of this world. My daughter has been going since she was 4 months old and just turned four and can read beginner books already. Any issues you ever have, just talk to the owner or director. The service and respect they show is unimaginable in this world today. I feel like the only people who are unhappy with the school are the ones who have not talked with the teachers, directors and owners about their issues. Trust me, the school will respond to any and all of your concerns. My only gripe with this place is the price. But, like they say, you get what you pay for! |

I'll have to say we've been fairly happy. I've toured other places and seen a lot worse and the Primrose curriculum can't be beat and is actually backed up by real data. My son and daughter are very happy and when I've had problems and addressed them with the director and owner I've felt they have been responsive. I would say that the staff is a little over 50% Latino with the remainder a good mix. Some teachers do have an accent but nothing that I "a white girl" can't overcome. Yes the Primrose Prayer does mention "God", but does not specify who’s "God". They do not celebrate Christmas but rather the winter holidays (Christmas, Hanukah, Kwanzaa, etc). So actually I felt he was receiving a multicultural education. My daughter has been in infant care since June of 2010 and has had nothing but typical daycare colds and a couple of ear infections. My son has never had any of the diseases mentioned and he has been there since 2008. Great school, just expensive. |

Be aware, they will send your child home if s/he has a hangnail. They will find any reason to say your child is "sick" and send them home. Also non-christian parents, watch out. They make children say a prayer to the christian "god" before they eat, and make them participate in christian holidays such as xmas. Also they allow children to play with plastic bubble wrap as part of the "art curriculum" sounds like a safety hazard to me but oh well don't bother to complain or you will just get a nasty attitude. Don't waste your money here. I don't know what they did to my daughter but she cried hysterically when I dropped her off then was too scared to back, she trembled and cried when we said 'time for school". This place is the worst! |

Our two children have attended Primrose at Vista Lakes since they opened their doors in 2006. We have been very pleased with the level of care and academic achievement. Our oldest completed Preschool-Private First Grade and is doing exceptionally well in the public school system. Our youngest loves to go to school each day. The staff is attentive, caring and nurturing. You won't find a better school in the area that has exceptional care and is a leader in education. |

I thought they were a higher-quality school. I feel it is not a good value for the price. All of the teachers are Spanish, they must only hire Spanish people. Some have heavy accents and are hard to understand. Classrooms are somewhat run-down and the toys are old, books are torn. The front office people are clueless. They said they lost our bank debit form but mysteriously found it and debited our account the same week they cashed our check. Please avoid this place like the plague, you can get better value for your money somewhere else. |

Excellent teachers who really nurture my child. The owner is on-sight and very attentive to any concerns I have. The facility is extremely clean. My pre-schooler has learned so much since beginning at this school 2 years ago. Everyone asks me where she is learning so much. I would highly recommend Primrose to all. |

Primrose Schools OK....Too many children in a classroom, poor diet, staff turn over, child's welfare unimportant to them, kind of clean..good teachers..director very sweet..owners can care less...over ratio constantly..non discipline atmosphere..children always sick....even big contagious sickness like the Sars, MRSA and parents not told...I went for a tour and the director was going crazy about the MRSA in the infant room but did not see her trying to make a post about it..a friend of mine who had a child there warned me about this.... |
